Return & Refund Policy

At The Divine Tales, your satisfaction matters to us. Every product you order is packed with care and inspected before shipping. However, if you happen to receive a product that is defective, damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, we’ll do our best to resolve it for you. Please take a moment to go through our return and replacement policy below.

Return Period

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, missing, or wrong product deliveries.

  • You must raise your return request within 24 - 48 hours from the time your order is delivered.

  • Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or replacement, so we strongly recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

What You’ll Need for a Return Request

To process your return smoothly, we need clear proof of the issue:

  • For damaged, missing, or wrong product delivered: an unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory.

  • For defective product cases, a video while using the product is required to show the defect.

  • Without the video references, we will not be able to take the request forward.

Approval Process

  • All return requests go through our Return Management Department for review.

  • Once the team inspects your request and supporting video, they will decide whether it is eligible for replacement or exchange.

  • Please note: if the department declines the request, the decision will be final and no further changes can be made.

Refund Policy

  • We follow a No Refund Policy.

  • If your return is approved, you will receive either a replacement of the same product or an exchange with another product of your choice (of the same value).

Shipping for Returns

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, along with the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

How to Raise a Return
