General

  • 1.1 The Divine Tales, with its registered address at Unit No. 11A Ground Floor, Iris Tech Park Sector 48, Sohna Road Gurugram, Haryana 122018, manages and operates the website www.thedivinetales.com, which allows users of The Divine Tales Platform to buy and sell items related to spirituality and wellness. 
  • 1.2 This delivery and shipping policy ("Policy"), in conjunction with the Terms, outlines our practices and processes for delivering and shipping Products ordered on The Divine Tales.
  • 1.3 Our items are shipped and delivered throughout India. We strive to provide the best customer experience by partnering with leading logistics service providers to process your purchase efficiently and ensure a pleasant experience in receiving the Product you ordered from The Divine Tales. We make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of the Products to you.
  • 1.4 By agreeing to use The Divine Tales and/or purchasing a Product on The Divine Tales, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy each time you visit The Divine Tales. If you do not agree to the terms set out in this Policy, please refrain from using, accessing, or transacting on The Divine Tales.

TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • 2.1 We typically ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. The maximum time from pickup to delivery is 10 days. Our usual turnaround time (TAT) for orders is 5-7 days. In case of any exceptions, we proactively inform our customers about their orders. To transport and deliver Products to you, we collaborate with third-party logistics service providers. An estimated delivery date for the Product you ordered from The Divine Tales will be provided. Once the order is confirmed, we will notify you of the expected timeframe on the order confirmation page. Additionally, we will send you updates about your orders via email and/or mobile number provided/registered with us. You acknowledge and agree that while we use Logistic Partners to deliver Products to Users, we reserve the right to ship and deliver Products without using any Logistic Partners or third-party service providers. 
  • 2.2 You acknowledge and accept that, while we endeavor to ship our items across India, we reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether certain locations are unsuitable for product delivery. In such cases, neither we nor our logistic partners will provide shipping and delivery services, and we may not be able to process your purchases on The Divine Tales. If a location is deemed unserviceable by us, users will be notified at the time of placing an order for Products on The Divine Tales. You may also check the serviceability of a location for delivery through The Divine Tales by entering the relevant area pin code. 
  • 2.3 You agree and acknowledge that we may collect specific information about you, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, location, contact information, etc., to ensure timely delivery of ordered Products. You are responsible for ensuring that any information provided to us on The Divine Tales is accurate, complete, and sufficient to identify the actual delivery location. You agree that failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in our inability to deliver purchased Products, for which you will be solely responsible. We expressly disclaim any liability if you fail to provide accurate and complete information. 2.4 We will make every effort to deliver the ordered Product to your specified address within the expected delivery timeframe provided to you. If you are unavailable to receive the Product, our Logistic Partners will attempt delivery up to 3 (three) times. If the third attempt is unsuccessful and you remain unavailable, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to cancel the order for the purchased Products and arrange for the return of such Products to us. We may also deduct any shipping and delivery costs incurred from any refunds issued following such cancellation. 
  • 2.5 While we strive to ensure timely delivery of ordered Products, you acknowledge that delivery may be delayed due to:
  • Logistical issues beyond our control;
  • Adverse weather conditions;
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, etc.;
  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.;
  • Other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address and/or mobile number. We disclaim any liability for our failure to notify you of any delivery delays of Products ordered from The Divine Tales. Additionally, we shall not be liable to you for any claims arising from delays in shipment, delivery, or use of the purchased Products.
  • 2.6. We uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect towards our Logistic Partners, employees, and agents. However, we acknowledge that we cannot directly supervise every delivery personnel. Therefore, we disclaim any liability for actions or omissions of delivery agents, employees, or personnel of our Logistic Partners, including but not limited to service deficiencies, incorrect deliveries, delivery delays, package tampering, etc. Any issues arising between you and delivery personnel must be resolved independently, as we are not liable for such disputes.
  • 2.7. Upon placing an order on The Divine Tales, we transfer the purchased Product to our Logistic Partner. You will receive a unique tracking ID to monitor the delivery status via The Divine Tales or the Logistic Partner's website/app. Our customer support team collaborates closely with Logistic Partners to ensure real-time tracking updates. Please note that while we strive for accuracy, we rely on third-party providers for tracking information, which may occasionally experience delays or technical issues beyond our control.
  • 2.8. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs based on product value, type, delivery location, payment method, and other factors. You agree that we may collect shipping payments on behalf of our Logistic Partners. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect Product is delivered (verified by us). Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery.
  • 2.9. Our reverse logistics Partners manage the return of purchased Products. Once a return request is acknowledged on The Divine Tales, our reverse logistics Partners will arrange for the Product retrieval. Returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
