Refund Policy

At The Divine Tales, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help facilitate a refund.

Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
